We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We will, however, offer a replacement or refund for:
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Process for Returns
- Contact Us: Email our cellar door at hello@hillriverwines.com.au with your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged product.
- Shipping: For damaged or defective products, Hill River Wines will cover the shipping costs involved.
